We have experienced team members allocated to look after you every step of the way, from your initial meetings at our display centres to contract signing and colour selection, through to construction, handover and beyond.

Highest Level of Supervision

We pride ourselves on the quality of the homes we construct. Every client is allocated a Supervisor who will be in charge of their home from start to finish and every one of our Supervisors is a licensed builder in his own right, not just a tradesman.

Unlike most of our competitors, our Supervisors are available every single working day to talk to you and are contactable via mobile phone to answer your queries and check progress. The number of jobs they have at any given time is strictly limited to ensure your home receives the attention to detail it deserves.

In addition to your Supervisor we have a Construction Manager who oversees their performance as well as an independent private certifier to check each stage plus visits from management. In all, four levels of supervision go into making sure your home is built just right.

Warranty

Our maintenance warranty is 12 months, double the industry standard. It’s just another way Metro Homes gives you more.
